My name is Brice Bier and I am a licensed realtor selling real estate in the greater Myrtle Beach area I decided to move to Myrtle Beach from near Pittsburgh Pennsylvania in late 2016. Since then I have felt at home in this wonderful place and really fallen in love with the people and local culture. I love meeting people from all walks of life and from every corner of the country, making Real estate a great occupational decision for me. Having been a business owner for 18 years, I really enjoy working with people and doing everything I can to make their experience a memorable one.
In my spare time, I enjoy reading, politics and history. I am a licensed pilot and drone operator. I love aviation and anything pertaining to it. I enjoy baseball and football. Most of all I enjoy time with my family.
