Brittani is a South Carolina native who is passionate about the growth of her community and serving her clients with compassion. She serves as a Real Estate agent for South Carolina as well as she is licensed in North Carolina. Brittani believes that the more influence you can give in a county to grow, that it will do just that - grow. Brittani proudly and without hesitation decided to pursue a career in Real Estate as a tool to get more involved with her community. She takes great pride in our Youth and their development into success stories. Brittani is also passionate about the Opioid Crisis and uses her platform to tirelessly work behind the scenes to find a solution. Brittani is very passionate about all she chooses to take on in her career path and was voted Best of the Best for 2021 in her previous hometown of Lancaster, South Carolina. She is very excited to bring her wealth of knowledge to the Grand Strand and continue her success with Palms Realty.

Outside of Real Estate you will find Brittani surrounding herself with her family. She is a proud wife to Joseph Funderburk. Brittani is also a loving mother to a handsome son, Liam and a beautiful daughter, Laila. If you know Brittani, then you know her family is her greatest accomplishment.
