Born and raised in Chapel Hill, North Carolina, Dakota has lived in the Carolinas his entire life. Growing up he immersed himself in many hobbies including guitar, piano, soccer, basketball, and tennis. Having a lifelong obsession with the beach, Dakota attended the College of Charleston where he studied finance and played club soccer. 

After college, he moved to Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, where he began his real estate career and joined his family tax business. In his free time, Dakota can be found watching/playing sports, practicing guitar, socializing, reading, going to the beach, and taking his golden retriever, Maverick, on walks. Dakota prides himself on communication and availability. He treats his clients as friends and family rather than customers.
