Davis was born and has spent his entire life here in Myrtle Beach, with the exception of the four years he spent attending The Citadel, and returned as a proud graduate.  

An avid sportsman, Davis grew up enjoying all the Grand Strand has to offer, from golf at The Dunes Golf & Beach Club, to countless nights in one of the many gymnasiums pursuing basketball as his first passion.  

Team work and competition helped develop his listening skills, the commitment to a common goal, and the loyalty that is so important in working with others to find their dream property.  Davis puts the same countless hours into his profession that he learned as a young athlete "It's the unseen hours that make the difference".
