Derek is originally from Charlotte, NC & made his dream of coastal living a reality when he moved to the Grand Strand in 2012. He is a local small business owner and loves to learn and grow in order to provide the very best to his customers and clients; Derek has earned Real Estate industry designations and certifications such as E-PRO, GREEN, and AT HOME WITH DIVERSITY to serve his clients & our community better! Derek loves spending time enjoying the area with his family, friends, and his black lab Phoebe.
