Originally from the Maryland and Pennsylvania region, Kathleen made the transition to beautiful Myrtle Beach in 2019. 

After working in the Information Technology and Project Management field for many years, within the Hospital and Healthcare sector, she decided to pursue her true passion in Real Estate.

Kathleen has traveled the country for over a decade, while breeding and showing dogs at such prestigious competitions as The Westminster Kennel Club, The AKC National Championship and has even had her dogs appear televised on Thanksgiving Day with the annual airing of The National Dog Show. 

Her strong work ethic and competitive nature shines through in her commitment and dedication to buyers and sellers alike. 

She works tirelessly for her clients and is always willing to do whatever it takes. 

She loves working with people to achieve their dreams and goals in home ownership. 

In her free time, Kathleen enjoys trying new local restaurants, cooking, and baking for family and friends, international travel and coffee… lots of coffee!
