Mike Wagner was raised in VT and graduated with a degree in electronics engineering technology from Champlain College of Vermont. Mike spent over 30 years in the semiconductor industry, with most of his time spent in research advancing the technology. Much of his career centered around negotiating and overseeing execution of contracts with several research facilities in the US, and around the world. Having spent many vacations traveling to Myrtle Beach since the mid-1980s and falling in love with all the Grand Strand has to offer he and his wife decided to make Myrtle Beach their permanent home in 2017. It seemed only natural thing to do to put his contracts experience to use helping others achieve their dream of home ownership, or vacation home ownership, along the grandstand. He enjoys meeting people, understanding their needs/desires in home ownership, and helping them navigate through the entire process, including understanding what the area has to offer.
