Rusty has 38 years of Accounting and Finance in the fields of Property and Land Management in the School Districts across South Carolina.  He has lived in the Myrtle Beach area since 1991 and is originally from the Charleston area.  He has a BS and MBA in Business, Finance and HR Development.  In his free time, Rusty enjoys outdoor activities and a passion for cooking and entertaining.
