Tanya lives in Surfside Beach with her husband David.  She was born in Maine and most recently resided in Virginia. Tanya graduated from VA-MD College of Veterinary Medicine and was a business owner and solo veterinarian for large animals for over 20 years. A serial vacationer in the Pawleys Island area, she established a love for the South Carolina environment and beach life.  Purchasing her home and vacation rental investment property is what turned her interest to real estate.  Meeting new people has always come easy and providing a comfortable, easy experience for her clients and guests is a priority. For fun, Tanya rehabs properties, dabbles in painting, and relaxes at the beach with her husband.
